담배 생산시
가습 및 습기 제어
담배 잎사귀, 절단된 담배 및 종이는 모두 흡습성이 매우 높은데, 이는 이 물질은 공기가 너무 건조하면 습기를 빼앗긴다는 뜻입니다. 건조한 공기는 담배의 특성을 악화시켜 수축, 중량 감소, 부스러짐, 벗겨짐, 쪼개짐 및 파열 등을 일으키게 됩니다.
이는 글자 그대로 담배에서 담뱃가루가 떨어져 나오게 하고, 담배 종이가 기계에 잘못 삽입되도록 하며, 또한 담뱃잎이 부서지도록 합니다.
올바른 수준의 주변 상대 습도를 유지해주면 담배, 종이 및 잎의 습도를 유지하게 되어 이러한 모든 문제를 방지할 수 있으며, 따라서 품질을 유지하고 최대의 효율로 제품의 제조 공정이 진행될 수 있게 됩니다.

일차 생산 - 상대 습도 60-68%
담배 창고 - 상대 습도 60-70%
숙성실 - 상대 습도 65%
